Trellis is a client driven organization committed to helping individuals and families facing mental illness and developmental challenges.

Our team of compassionate staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping clients live life to the fullest.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm. We have offices in Guelph, Centre and North Wellington, Dufferin and Kitchener.

OCAN - Ontario Common Assessment of Needs,  a new assessment tool will be used with new clients in our Adult, Crisis, Eating Disorder and 1st Step programs beginning in February.
