Funder Accountability

The Waterloo-Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WW LHIN) funds a number of services provided by Trellis.  Trellis and the WW LHIN have signed an agreement committing to funding and service delivery.  To view the Agreement, click here

 

Emergency Responses

Trellis has developed a response plan to address emergency situations.  In an emergency situation we will work with our staff and community to ensure that the needs of those we serve and work with are met.  

Trellis has an internal team of staff who will convene in an emergency situation.  The plan has been reviewed by the Emergency Response Team and is in the final stages of approval.
