Donations
Mental health and developmental issues can affect anyone at any time. Donations from people, organizations, and companies help us better meet the needs of our clients. Giving to Trellis is a great way to help people who have a serious mental health or developmental disability live a full and meaningful life.
Trellis is a registered charity (#106962970RR0001). We accept donations to support our mission and offer tax receipts on gifts over $20.00. Gifts can be given in three ways:
Trellis' Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund was created in 2009 to support initiatives not resourced by our regular government funders. This fund supports activities related to delivery of client services.
Trellis' June McCann Fund
This fund was established in 1979 in memory of the late June McCann who was a Social Worker at Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services in the early years of the agency.
The purpose of the fund is to financially support educational, recreational or leisure activities for clients of Trellis.
The fund supports people of all ages and has been used for activities such as:
The staff at Trellis organize several fundraising activities throughout the year.
