Call Us If

  • your family is experiencing a moderate or severe level of distress about the behaviour of your schoolaged
    child or teen
  • you want more information about resources, education and support for mental health or developmental services
  • your school-aged child or teen is in constant conflict
    with your family and friends
  • your school-aged child or teen is abusing drugs or alcohol or is having thoughts of suicide
  • your school-aged child or teen is constantly sick and is failing to meet their commitments
  • Your school-aged child or teen is unable to make a decision about daily activities
  • you are caring for a person with a developmental disability and would like to apply for Special Services at Home (SSAH) funding
  • you are caring for a person with a developmental disability and need support to deal with behaviours.

Call Trellis at 519-821-2060 if you think you may need help or ask your doctor or someone else to call Trellis for you. Emergency support is available all the time through the Distress Centre at 519-821-3760.
